Swallow Beck CL

It has been a lengthy process to negotiate and finally agree for us to be permitted to open. Swallow Beck is regulated through a range of organisations to uphold specific conditions.

• Caravan and Motorhome Club
• Chichester District Council
• Natural England
• Animal Welfare

Whilst the list of T&Cs may appear lengthy, to achieve the conditions, many of them are inherent with respectful human behaviour but documented to ensure you have reference to them.

• Your agreement is with Swallow Beck Certified Location and its owners and references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' in these terms and conditions are to Swallow Beck Certified Location and its owners.
• The term 'you' in these terms and conditions refer to you, as the person making this booking and where applicable to every member of your party.
• You must be a current member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club to book a pitch and stay with us. Your membership number will be checked before your booking is confirmed and we may ask to see your membership card on arrival.
• Booking fees will be required in full on booking. See Cancellation Policy below.

• We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, to your property or vehicles or any injury to you or any of your party whilst staying on our CL
  
• By accessing and using the online booking service for our site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for our CL site herewith.
  
• This website is offered for information and booking purposes only; we shall not be liable or responsible for its accuracy, any errors or omissions of any of the information on the booking site or any information on this website.
