By making and paying for your booking online or otherwise, you are agreeing with our cancellation policy.

Events such as vehicle breakdown, illness or inclement weather etc which may result in delayed arrival or cancellation of your stay are not the responsibility of Swallow Beck CL and therefore we advise you to seek appropriate travel insurance.

If you need to cancel your booking please do so as early as possible so we can try to re-book your pitch.

Your booking is only cancelled once you have received a confirmation email of your cancellation from us. If you email or leave voice mail with your cancellation and you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation from us with 48 hours please contact us again as we may not have received your message and you may still be liable for payment.

Should you choose to leave early, no refund will be given.

Once a cancellation has been acknowledged and confirmed, the pitch will be released. Should you wish to come on another occasion a completely new booking will be required.
